Who do you work with?

I work with women who are burnt out, overwhelmed, and running on empty - usually while still showing up for everyone else. They're self-aware enough to know something needs to change, but too exhausted to figure out what or where to start. If you've been putting yourself last for a while and you're ready to actually do something about it, you're probably exactly who this is for.

What are the benefits of coaching?

Coaching gives you something most of us don't have enough of - dedicated space to actually think, feel, and figure things out without the noise of everyday life getting in the way.

It's not advice-giving or therapy. It's a collaborative process that helps you get out of your own head, reconnect with what you actually want, and start making decisions that feel right for you - not just logical on paper.

The women I work with tend to leave with more clarity, more self-trust, and a much better understanding of why they've been stuck. Sometimes that's the biggest shift of all.

What does working together actually look like?

First, I'll spend time with your Human Design chart and put together your personal Spotlight which consists of a PDF and voice note pulling out the elements most relevant to what you're currently working through.

From there, we work together over six weeks via Slack. You send me voice notes or text whenever something comes up - a decision you're stuck on, something that shifted, a moment you want to talk through. I respond within 48 hours, Mon-Fri. Each Monday I'll also check-in with you and make sure we're working towards what you want to work on for that week (as things often change as things start shifting!)

There are no calls and no calendar juggling. Just real, ongoing support that fits around your actual life.

What if I don't feel like I have the time?

This is probably the most common thing I hear - and honestly, it makes sense. When you're burnt out, even adding something that's meant to help can feel like too much.

That's exactly why this container is designed the way it is. There's no hour blocked out in your calendar every week, no showing up at a set time. You engage when you have a moment, whether that's during a walk, in the car, while the kids are napping. Even five minutes of a voice note can move things forward.
